A house built with my own hands

In June 2009, I bought a house that I completely renovated. Only the walls and the roof structure are original. In total: €245,000 for the purchase, and over €200,000 invested in renovations over the years, with before-and-after photos to prove it.

Every room, every wall, every fixture—the result of my hard work, my savings, and my determination.

A Bank Scam

Today, this house has been foreclosed on—not because I failed to meet my obligations, but as a result of what I consider to be a bank scam.

CIC (Branch 78) sold my loan to a private company without informing me, through procedures deemed illegal and carried out outside the legal timeframe. Despite this, I was evicted from my home.
