Cédric Louis Jacques André was born in 1974 in the Paris region. After business studies, he moved to the province, started a family, had two children, worked in commerce, and then became an entrepreneur for 10 years. Following a divorce and the loss of his business, he returned to the Paris region and entered into dissidence.
Initially, within citizen requisitions where he often acted as a figure of authority for the many wandering and homeless youths living in these public utility spaces. Starting in the 77 department (Seine-et-Marne) with the Anonymous movement of France.
Next, he lived within the Sainte Rita Church, rue Bonvin, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, with a tightly-knit team, in order to prevent the destruction of this religious building. During this period, his struggle became politicized and radicalized for the common good. There he met MVT14. For the Sainte Rita team and all those who had requisitioned it, he spent his last pennies buying tons of potatoes at Rungis to feed them all winter, which earned him the nickname "Patate". He refined his ideas and seceded from the Republic. He claimed his Christianity while remaining open to cultural diversity to work for peace and the common good.
He supported numerous whistleblowers and fought for the Truth throughout this journey, defending Stéphanie Gibaud, Thierry Kabile, Christian Cotten, Julian Assange, and many others before focusing more specifically on the cause of children, pedocriminality, and abusive placements.
Then came the Yellow Vest movement in 2018, in which he participated diligently, carrying the Palestinian flag, present at every act of mobilization. In 2019, he joined the support committee for Stan Maillaud and went, for over a year, every Friday with his partner, to the Venezuelan embassy—the country where Stan was incarcerated. They even secured a diplomatic meeting! The Epstein apartment being located near the Venezuelan Embassy, he and a team deployed a large anti-pedocriminality banner there as early as 2019.
Organizer of protests against pedocriminality and abusive placements, he supported numerous parents (Hélène Lombard, Sylvie Heffinger, Karine Trapp, Nadine Plestan, and many others). He hosted regular live streams, under the name Radio Mougeon on Facebook, to denounce crimes against children and institutionalized corruption, while addressing many topics with wit and humor, demanding the arrest of the entire corrupt political class for High Treason, and advocating for a fairer society. He covered various subjects but above all unveiled and denounced crimes against Children and Freemasonry.
A fervent Christian and radically anti-death penalty, he liked to say: Crime is Imprescriptible! This did not prevent him from loving Order and Justice and being radical in the sanctions to be applied to all criminals and traitors to the Nation.
Unfortunately, in 2022, cancer was diagnosed, and he passed away at the age of 50, on September 19, 2024, the day of Our Lady of Salette. Our Lady of Salette, who in her message warns against Freemasonry, which is certainly no coincidence!
