LaurentLouis
Laurent Louis is a Belgian politician driven by a commitment to public engagement. An independent federal MP from 2010 to 2014, he made his mark on the Belgian Parliament through a series of exceptionally candid interventions—denouncing state-level pedophilia, secrets surrounding the Dutroux affair, the excesses of the pharmaceutical and agri-food industries, Freemasonry, and Zionism.
In 2012, he became the first MP in the world to introduce a bill aimed at abolishing political parties and instituting the selection of elected officials by lot, combined with a constitutionally enshrined citizen-initiated referendum.
Since June 2025, he has returned to politics with the "Révolution" movement, which he co-founded with Dr. Laurence Kayser. A crypto expert and trainer at the Hivetech Club, he champions a radically new vision of democracy based on blockchain technology. On a personal level, he is married and the adoptive father of a young girl with a severe disability—whose smile fuels his commitment every day.
